Philip Barnes, founder of Jolokia, has been a leading trainer, consultant
and performance improvement specialist for over 30 years.
Philip has a deep interest in Social Justice and Conflict Resolution
as well as Project Management and Executive Coaching.
With experience covering the globe from the USA, Ghana, Uganda,
Kenya and throughout Europe, Jolokia can bring a unique
perspective to clients' challenges be they in the Public or Private
Sector, the Third Sector or at Governmental level.
Jolokia is not in the business of simply applying proven methodologies
to new situations, but in using our extensive knowledge to create
individual approaches and creating maximum results for its customers.
With industry sector experience ranging from aerospace to agriculture,
and with services ranging from conflict resolution, to change management,
to board level strategic planning, Jolokia will have the right individual to
meet and exceed your requirements.
Philip holds a Masters Degree in African Peace and Conflict Studies, a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Consulting. Philip is also currently a Supervisor in Manchester University's Global MBA Programme.
